Sawdust Firings
Most of my sawdust fired pots are coil built, scraped, and sanded until smooth, then 8 to 10 layers of terra sigillata are applied. This gives the pot a wonderful shine, making the fired colors glow.

Other Fun Methods
Other works that were just fun. Using slabs, coils, the potters wheel and pinching, I achieve different results that correspond to the way I feel that day!

I find  coil pots great fun to do, and very relaxing. You get such great shapes in using coils. Combined with other methods, the sky is the limit.
