Drop off work Tuesday July 6th from 9-12 (no work accepted after 12 noon) All mediums accepted, size restricted to 65" any direction. Remember that for the calendar your work should be horizontal - landscape- style so we can fit it properly on a calendar.
Opening Reception Friday, July 9, 5pm -7 pm Awards given out at 6:15
Entry Fee (non refundable) up to 2 works - $25 members, - must be an ADSO member

Sculpture must be able to be handled by one person. Installations will not be accepted.
All work must be original and must have been created within the last two years. For this show only - Work that has won an award in a previous ADSO show is eligible.
Maximum entry is two (2) pieces. ADSO will receive a 20% commission on any work sold.
Sales Taxes are the responsibility of the artist.

Additional work $5 each, up to a maximum of 6 entries total. Checks should be made payable to the Arts and Design Society and submitted with the entry form.

All images must be suitably wired and ready for hanging. Saw tooth hangars are prohibited. Frames should be a simple wood or metal design of professional quality and must be sturdy. Canvas photographs must be properly framed and wired. All mats must be white or off-white. Size, including the frame, may not exceed 30 inches in any direction.
